Sterling is the founder and CEO of Sis Hear Me Out, LLC, a lifestyle brand built on humor, healing, and empowerment. What started as a podcast quickly grew into a movement — a safe space where real conversations meet real community.

As a Black single mother of two, Sterling understands the daily fight to survive, heal, and thrive in a world that often overlooks women like her. Through Sis Hear Me Out, she uses storytelling, laughter, and creativity to remind every woman that her voice matters, her story matters, and her healing matters.

With a background in resilience and lived experience, Sterling has transformed journaling, self-expression, and entrepreneurship into tools of survival — and now shares those tools with the world. From products like candles, T-shirts, stickers, and journals to digital content that uplifts, her mission is simple: to be the Big Sis we all need the one who encourages you to dream bigger, heal deeper, and never give up on yourself.
